The Design
The focus of this compilation includes a redesign of the American currency which includes art forms that were planted within modern American culture and thrived since. The examples shown are based specifically on genre's of music such as Jazz and Hip-Hop.
The refreshing look of each bill is supported with design elements that depict the origins of the genre as well as portrays notable representatives in action. Each bill is designed to educate the reader on the art form, while at the same time evoking an emotional attachment.
