Under the Sonoran Sky

I had the opportunity to fly with an old friend of mine, Kris, who is a veteran, pilot and air traffic controller based in Tucson, Arizona. After having not seen each other for over a decade, we decided the best way to catch up was to do so in the sky rather at a coffee shop.

He, along with a few other pilots decided to practice formation flying between Tucson and Lake Roosevelt while I photographed the journey.
